Welcome to SportsGenX (“SportsGenX”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SportsGenX website and mobile application (“Platform”). By accessing or using SportsGenX, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
3. Use of the Platform
You agree not to misuse the Platform or assist others in doing so. This includes illegal activities, unauthorized access, or harmful behavior.
4. Booking & Slot Policy
- SportsGenX provides booking slots as made available by the respective venue.
- All bookings are subject to availability and verification.
- A booking is not confirmed until it has been verified by the platform or venue
5. Payments & Fees
- All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
- Applicable charges are displayed within the Platform.
- SportsGenX does not store users' payment details.
6. Cancellation Policy
- No refunds will be provided if the booking is cancelled at or after the scheduled slot start time.
- as Any applicable refunds will be processed per platform policies.
7. User Responsibilities at Venue
- Wear appropriate sports attire and footwear
- Arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled booking time
- Follow all venue rules and safety guidelines
8. Payment Release & OTP Verification
- Payments made for bookings will be securely held by SportsGenX until booking validation.
- Users must provide a valid OTP (One-Time Password) at the venue to confirm their arrival.
- The venue will verify the OTP before granting access to the facility.
- Upon successful OTP verification, the booking will be marked as completed.
- The booking amount will then be released and transferred to the venue’s registered bank account.
- Failure to verify the OTP may result in the booking being treated as a no-show, and refunds (if any) will be subject to the cancellation policy.
- SportsGenX reserves the right to withhold or delay payments in case of disputes, suspected fraud, or policy violations.
9. Liability Disclaimer
- SportsGenX acts only as a booking facilitator and is not responsible for the operation of the facilities.
- We are not liable for:
- Any injury, accident, or health issues during play
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Any direct or indirect damages arising from facility usage
10. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on SportsGenX are owned by or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
11. Termination
SportsGenX may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

By registering for any tournament through the SportsGenX platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1.Platform Role
SportsGenX acts solely as a technology platform provider that facilitates tournament listings, registrations, and payment processing.
We do not organize, manage, or control any tournament listed on the platform.
2. Responsibility of Tournament Organizer
All tournaments are conducted by independent organizers.
The organizer is solely responsible for:
- Tournament execution
- Scheduling and match management
- Venue arrangements
- • Any changes, cancellations, or postponements
3. Participation Fees
The participation/registration fee paid by the user:
- Is collected on behalf of the tournament organizer
- Is not owned or controlled by SportsGenX
4. No Refund Liability
SportsGenX shall not be responsible or liable for:
- Any refund requests
- Cancellation of tournaments
- Postponement or rescheduling
- Disputes related to participation
All refund-related matters must be directly handled with the tournament organizer.
5. Payment Processing
Payments made through the platform are processed via a third-party payment gateway.
SportsGenX does not hold funds beyond processing and is not responsible for any payment disputes.
6. No Financial Obligation
SportsGenX is not liable for any monetary claims, including:
- Refunds
- Compensation
- Transfers of funds between participants and organizers
7. User Acknowledgement
By registering, the participant explicitly acknowledges that:
- They are participating at their own discretion
- They understand SportsGenX has no role in tournament operations
- They agree not to hold SportsGenX liable for any issues arising from the tournament
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding the tournament must be resolved directly between the participant and the organizer.
SportsGenX will not mediate or be involved in such disputes.
